2024 Community Pet Clinics
Community Pet Clinics in 2024 will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at Creekview Recreation Center (5001 Humboldt Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55430) from 9-2 pm.
WALK UP appointments are welcomed between 9 and 1 pm or as time allows.)
(Jan. 21, Feb. 18, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21,
Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, Nov. 17, Dec. 15)
Appointments for each clinic open on the 1st of the month. Click on the “Make and Appointment” Button below to view available times.
If you are in need of an immediate vaccination appointment we recommend:
- Animal Humane Society
- Access Veterinary Care
- Vetco
Clinic Costs:
$20 - Core Vaccinations, Microchip, Wellness Exam
$10 - Heartworm Test (Dogs Only over 6 months of age)
$15 - 3 months of Heartworm Preventative (H/W test required or test results within the last 12 months)
$20 - 3 months of Flea/Tick Preventative
Additional donations are always welcome!
Payment can be made onsite via credit card or cash.
Requirements for Pets attending the Clinic:
Our Community Pet Clinics are open to cat and dogs of all ages.
All pets must be at least 6 weeks old to attend the clinic.
All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash & all cats must arrive in a carrier.
Pets should NOT have received vaccinations within the last year to participate in the clinic.
Services Available to Pets Attending the Clinic:
Quick Wellness Exam (Our Volunteer Vet Team - is not able to diagnose or provide medication)
“Core” Vaccinations -
Dogs - Rabies, Canine DAPPv & Bordetella
Cats - Rabies, Feline HCP
Microchips (These will be registered with Minneapolis Animal Care and Control - in the event your pet goes missing!)
Nail Trims
Additional Resources at the Clinic:
We will have a mini NMPRC set up and ready for anyone who needs supplies.
Items available will include but are not limited to food, collars, leashes.
Pet friendly vendors may also be in attendance.
